Built the innovation strategy and operating model for a GCC ministry, engaging the minister directly on a recurring basis.
Conceived a Chief Design Officer function that was subsequently adopted as a government-wide standard, and delivered national innovation programming with global futurists.
It is a clear example of sovereign, institution-scale work: strategy that did not stop at a deck but became how a government operates.
