77 organizations rebuilt into sustainable social enterprises
85% sustainability rate · model introduced to 400+ organizations nationwide
Restructured the business models of 77 civil-society organizations into self-sustaining social enterprises engineered to outlast a donor-dependent economy, achieving an 85% sustainability rate.
The approach was introduced, for the first time, to more than 400 organizations nationwide, and identified local voices to sustain positive engagement.
It was, at its core, an innovation and operating-model problem: making institutions viable without the donor drip they had been built around.
